Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions By making a booking or paying for our services, you're acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted our terms.  Key Points Places are booked on a first come, first served basis. A place is not considered booked until we receive payment in full, or the first instalment is paid in cases where we offer this.  The course will be confirmed once we have reached the minimum number of participants. Once the course is confirmed, we will send you details of location or zoom links and preparation that is recommended to be done before the training starts.  Payment Course fees must be paid in full (or the first instalment paid if such an option is given) prior to the course on which a participant is confirmed. Payment can be made through payment link or bank transfer. For company courses, all invoices must be paid within 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing when booking the course. We shall also be entitled to collect interest from the due date of payment at the rate of 4% per annum on any outstanding balance accruing on a daily basis. Cancellations In the event of client or student cancellation, when notice is received less than 5 working days prior to commencement of the training course, the full 100% of the course fee (or first instalment should that be given as an option) remains payable. In the event that a participant is unable to attend a course for which they have been confirmed, and for which their full course fee (or first instalment) has been paid or is still liable, we will enrol them on the next course of their choosing and use the amount that has been paid as full or part payment depending on the value. We reserve the right to cancel courses at any time. Should this happen, there will be full refund of fees paid. There is also an option to transfer confirmed bookings to rescheduled dates. Clients or students unable to attend the rescheduled dates will be entitled to a full refund. Course content We reserve the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice, in order to ensure we continuously provide the highest quality and most relevant training for our students. This will only be done in consultation with and the approval of the participants of the course in question.  Refunds Should you be unhappy with a course, we can offer a refund on a pro rata basis depending on how much of the course you have already attended and how much still remains.
