This creative writing workshop, run by a professional writer and English teacher, is designed to get you

experimenting with different storytelling formats while improving your written English.  

 

This workshops is also suited to non-native speakers of English!

​With the guidance of an experienced writer and accountability of a supportive group, boost your imagination & learn storytelling techniques.

The workshop's primary aim is to introduce three types of formats and motivate you to start telling your own stories through:​

• Screenwriting

• Memoir writing / Journaling

You'll learn how to:

• Create characters & concepts

• Tap into story archetypes

• Generate & pitch ideas

• Build story worlds

• Create scenes

Teacher:

 

Taught by Kristina Jilly, professional​​​ writer, screenwriter and English teacher with over ten years of experience. She has worked extensively with HBO Europe, RTL Television as well as producers and directors in the UK and Europe as a creator, writer, story editor and story consultant. She has a BA from Melbourne University, an MA from the University of London and currently teaches at the University of Applied Sciences in Upper Austria.
